As the weather gets warmer, you can adjust some simple dishes to eat. At breakfast time, there is no need to open the fire to get a nutritious dish. Today I don’t use salad, use sesame sauce, no salad’s high sugar and high fat, truly healthy and nutritious

Ingredients

Lettuce Salad

1. Pick and wash the lettuce, soak it in light salt water

2. Adjust the sesame sauce and add some salt

3. Cut the lettuce that has been dried into proper sections

4. Pour the sesame paste on top and mix well.

Tips:

Adjust the sesame paste, don’t add a lot of water at once, add water little by little, adjust slowly
