Lettuce Salad

Prepare lettuce, chili, rock sugar, and fragrant cold rice vinegar; you can leave it without chili, but a little chili tastes better, sweet and sour, crispy and delicious;

Peel the lettuce and shred it; the finer the wire, the better.

Cut the shredded lettuce and marinate for 3-5 minutes to remove the bitterness, but it should not be too long, as this will affect the taste.

Remove the shredded lettuce, drain the salt water, without washing, put it on a large plate, put rock sugar and chili on it;

Pour in fragrant rice vinegar, mix well and eat. You can also leave it for 5 minutes and taste better.

Tips:
1. Choose lettuce that is fat and tender. If it is white in the middle, don’t buy it. It’s too old to eat; 2. The thinner the lettuce, the better it tastes; 3. Salt pickling can remove the bitterness and keep the crispy mouth.
