Tips:
1. Shred, not as thin as possible, as long as it is even
2. The marinating time, I do not recommend more than 10 minutes, it will reduce the points for the crisp taste

4. If you have a heavy taste and don’t like it so lightly, add some minced ginger garlic and chili oil for another taste
