This dish can replace the staple food. Lettuce represents pasta, olives and green beans and sweet corn kernels represent meat sauce, but I couldn't think of a suitable dish name, so I had to call it by name.

Lettuce with Olives and Vegetables

1. Prepare a lettuce and wash it and let the store peel it when you buy it;

2. Cut into silk, not too thin;

3. Prepare all materials;

4. Boil the lettuce in a pot of boiling water and remove it into a large bowl;

5. Green beans blanched;

6. Fill the wok with oil, add chopped green onion and stir fry for a fragrance, add the blanched green beans and sweet corn kernels and stir fry;

7. Green beans and corn kernels are all cooked, just stir-fry slightly, add olive vegetables and stir-fry evenly, add a little salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly;

8. Put the stir-fried vegetables on the shredded lettuce, like pasta;

Tips:

Make meal replacements during weight loss to cleanse the intestines and reduce fat. Olive vegetables have a taste. Don’t put too much salt.
