Lettuce with Sesame Sauce and Oil
1.
Put salt in the tahini sauce.
2.
Pour in 1 teaspoon of cold boiling water and beat clockwise until fully absorbed.
3.
Pour in 1 teaspoon of cold water again, and beat it clockwise, repeating this 4 times.
4.
This is the case every time you whipped, the water and tahini are separated, so continue to stir.
5.
Until the end becomes a smooth tahini paste.
6.
Remove the old roots of the lettuce and wash them thoroughly to shake off the excess water.
7.
Cut into equal segments.
8.
Arrange the lettuce on a plate and pour in sesame seeds.
9.
Very refreshing!
Tips:
Tahini is more difficult to stir, so patience is required. Be sure to use cold boiled water, not always raw, otherwise it will easily burden the stomach.
