Lettuce with Soy Pepper Oil

Pick vegetables from the field, soak them in water for about 4 hours, then wash and filter the water;

Chop the tempeh and garlic, and cut the chili into circles for later use;

Bring to a high heat, heat the pot with oil, tempeh, garlic, and chili, and sauté;

Pour in the lettuce, stir-fry a few times, add 2/3 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, mix well, and it will be out of the pot. Don't over-fry.
Tips:
1. Freshly picked and fried vegetables are very fresh, don't over-fry them;
2. Lettuce is a bit bitter, so add a little bit more sugar than usual for cooking.
