Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil

The lettuce is cleaned! [I chose organic lettuce] It tastes healthy and has a taste.

The bought tempeh dace was opened and the fish was cut into small pieces.

Cut garlic into minced garlic and set aside

Put rapeseed oil in the pot, stir-fry with garlic, and stir-fry the dace with tempeh when the fragrant flavor is achieved.

Stir-fry for a while, add the cut lettuce and continue to stir-fry. Add sugar and a little salt. Continue to stir fry and wait for the lettuce to soften.
Tips:
You can put more sugar, but the proportion of salt must not be less. The canned fish is also salty. You have to taste it before putting it.
