Stir-fried Lettuce with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

Wash and drain the lettuce.

Prepare an appropriate amount of dace in tempeh and tear it into small pieces by hand.

Pour the right amount of oil into the pot and pour the dace in the tempeh.

Sauté slowly over a small fire until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the lettuce into the pot and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry until the lettuce becomes soft and add salt.

Add a little chicken essence and stir evenly to get out of the pan.
Tips:
Lettuce is easy to cook, so you don’t need to stir-fry it for too long.
The dace in tempeh has a taste, so put less salt.
