Red Bean Rice Bento
1.
Wash glutinous rice and red beans and soak overnight.
2.
Add water according to the scale of the pot, because I eat it alone, red beans and glutinous rice are a cup, so add water to one place, and then cook the rice in the pot.
3.
The packaged yuba bought in the supermarket, take one serving (I took 3), fold it into the length you want, and soak it in water. Soaking for ten minutes is enough.
4.
Cucumber peeled and cut into sections (because it was bought a few days ago, it is not very fresh anymore. Fresh without peeling is fine.)
5.
Heat the pan, pour some oil, add the yuba and cucumber and fry together. Cover the pot and let it simmer for a while, then it will ripen faster.
6.
After the cucumbers look soft and ripe, season them with salt.
7.
The glutinous rice is cooked ~ adding some salt to it will taste better.
8.
Arrange the rice, cucumber and yuba in order, and sprinkle a little sesame on the glutinous rice (no use if you don’t have it)
9.
The above seems to be very poor, so I took out the New World-Canned Dace in Douchi that I found last night. I feel that the quality of life has improved by several classes all at once.
Tips:
I have to rush to work in the morning, so hurry! Try to get it done within half an hour. The night before, think about what you want to eat and what materials you need to prepare in advance so that you won’t get up in the morning in a hurry. As for the materials, make full use of what you have on hand.
