Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil;

.Put in the cleaned lettuce, blanch it, and remove it;

Heat the pan, add a little oil, add garlic slices and stir fry;

Add tempeh and dace and stir fry;

Add freshly blanched lettuce;

Tips:
1. Put the lettuce and blanch it in boiling water with a little salt and a few drops of oil, and remove it immediately;
2. Heat up a pan, add a little oil, and stir-fry the garlic slices first, then add the tempeh fish and stir-fry, so that the aroma will be stronger;
3. Add in the freshly blanched lettuce and stir-fry evenly. Don't stir-fry for too long. You may need to add additional salt, because the bottom taste is first in the blanching process and the salty taste of canned food is relatively heavy.
