Marinate the minced meat for 15 minutes according to your usual taste.

Garlic seedlings (garlic moss), red pepper.

Cut garlic sprouts and red pepper into small pieces and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, fry the minced meat and serve it for later use.

Then fry the garlic seedlings in the pot, add salt and monosodium glutamate and stir-fry for a few minutes; (if you like garlic with a heavier flavor, the time can be shorter).
