When I was young, I didn’t have as many snacks as there are now. In order to deal with gluttonous children, the skillful mother always uses her own hands to create unique snacks. This licorice black bean is the most delicious snack I found when I was a kid. At that time, there was a lot of farm work at home, and this kind of troublesome thing was really rare to get.

Ingredients

Licorice Black Bean Sauce

1. Licorice Soak for a Night

2. Soak the black beans overnight

3. Put the black beans in an electric pressure cooker, put an appropriate amount of sugar, fill up with water, and put licorice on top

4. Twist to meat stall

5. Stewed black beans out of the pot

6. Put it in the sun

7. After two or three days, the dry ones can be stored in an airtight container.

Tips:

When the black beans are cooked, there will be a lot of sugar water in the pot. You can mix the sugar water in the black beans after drying them for a day, so that the black beans will be sweeter and will not be wasted.
