Divide the dough into 16 equal parts, make the surface smoother, round it, cover it with plastic wrap to ferment, ferment to double the size, the fermented bread looks plump

Tips:
1. What I use here is the one-time fermentation, if there is enough time, you can use the second fermentation, it will taste more chewy and soft.
2. The pumpkin seeds I used for decoration can also be replaced with other ones
