Light Nut Energy Bar

Prepare the materials, wash and cut into pellets

First, fry the walnuts and oats in an oil-free pan, then add the raisins, red dates, and figs.

Put the sauteed nuts on a plate and let cool. If you can’t wait, you can put it in the refrigerator and it will cool in about 10 minutes.

Find a flat square plate, spread a piece of greased paper on the bottom of the plate, and then put the nuts on top

Stir in 1 scoop of honey, 2 scoops of maltose, depending on personal preference. If you like sweet, you can add some maltose.

After mixing, flatten it and press it as hard and solid as possible, then put it in the freezer compartment for 20 minutes to take it out and slice it
Tips:
1. I chose Turkish figs, this variety has high sweetness and thick fruit pulp
2. Make sure to cut the bottom of the nuts and let them cool before continuing with the next steps. The nuts will be crispy only when they are cooled.
3. I chose the method of keeping it cool in the refrigerator. If you like the fragrant taste, you can change it to an oven at 180 degrees without putting it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. The nut sticks produced in this way are more fragrant, but easy to get angry.
