Light Version of Cocoa Almond Cookies

The butter is softened, add sugar and beat; add eggs in portions, beat each time and then add the next time to avoid separation of oil and water

Add cocoa powder and mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well; add almond flakes and mix well

Arrange into long strips, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze in the refrigerator for half an hour to 1 hour, take out and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices, and arrange them into the baking tray (leave a gap between each biscuit)

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes (adjust the time according to the coloring situation and your own oven.); out of the oven, let cool
