Lily Red Date Zongzi

Soak the lily, remove and drain the water, wash the red dates, soak the red beans, rinse and remove the drain water;

Soak glutinous rice for 5 hours;
3.
Remove the glutinous rice and drain the water;
4.
Glutinous rice, lily, red dates, red beans, white sugar, mix well;
5.
Wash the zong leaves, soak for 5 hours, remove and drain the water;
6.
The zong leaves are folded into a leak-proof funnel shape;
7.
Put the ingredients in the funnel;
8.
Wrap it in zong leaves;
9.
Bind the rice dumplings with pampas, to be strong;
10.
Use scissors to cut off the excess zongzi and pampas grass;
11.
Put the rice dumplings in an electric pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water and cook for 50 minutes; PS: different pots, the size of the fire is different, the cooking time is slightly different
12.
Remove and drain the boiled rice dumplings and enjoy.
Tips:
1. The dried zong leaves must be soaked;
2. The soaking time of red beans and glutinous rice should not be less than 3 hours;
3. Soak the lily for 30 minutes;
4. Red dates can be washed without soaking.
5. White granulated sugar is added according to the sweetness you like.
