Lily Sweet Potato Soup

Wash the red dates, sweet potatoes and lilies separately

Remove the brown rind of the lily, wash the rest, and then soak it in clean water. Remove the rind and cut the sweet potato into uniform hobs and wash.

Pour clear water into the soup pot, first put the red dates and sweet potatoes into the pot, cover the high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to a low heat

The sweet potatoes are cooked and soft, open the lid and turn to the high fire to pick up the lily and then cover the high fire.

When the lily is cooked, turn off the heat and add honey to season it. The lily is easy to cook. Don’t leave it at this time. It’s almost cooked after it changes color. It takes a few minutes.

The entrance is sweet and pleasant
Tips:
1. After washing the lily, soak it in clean water, otherwise it will oxidize and change color.
2. I season it with honey or other sugars. I use rock sugar to add to the pot with sweet potatoes.
