Lingzhi Sparkling Wine

Prepare 50 grams of premium purple Ganoderma lucidum slices, 500 grams of white wine, and 100 grams of jujube.

Break the Ganoderma lucidum slices into sections, wash the jujube, immerse it in white wine, seal it, and shake it up and down.

You can drink it after one week, one small cup each time.
Tips:
First, the degree of liquor should not be too high, 30-40 degrees is enough. Don't buy liquor that is too cheap.
Second, the ratio of Ganoderma lucidum, jujube, and white wine is 1:2:10. For treatment, the ratio of Ganoderma lucidum is doubled.
Third, there are many types of Ganoderma lucidum. The wild one is the best. I use Qi Datang purple Ganoderma lucidum, which is cultivated on imitating wild logs. It has medicinal value. Purple Ganoderma lucidum is better than Red Ganoderma.
Fourth, jujubes must be enlarged. Ganoderma lucidum is used to replenish qi and blood, nourish the mind and calm the nerves, and jujubes can enhance the fruit of Ganoderma lucidum. Used for heart and spleen deficiency, palpitations and insomnia. It is also used for the elderly with insufficient energy and blood, physical fatigue, shortness of breath and palpitations.
