Tips:
1. The sweetness/personal taste of dragon fruit is different, the amount of sugar can be increased or decreased appropriately
2. Do not pour into the mold too full
3. Let it cool completely before demoulding. If you are in a hurry, you can put it in the refrigerator for a while
4. The lotus root flour I use is starch-containing. The solidification effect of pure lotus root flour will be poor and it is not easy to form.
