During the summer vacation when I was young, what I wanted most was the wowotou made by my grandmother. Home-grown corn is beaten into noodles and made into wowotou. It's fragrant, waxy and sweet, and it's super delicious. Now I have grown up and have a family, but I want to eat that taste in the summer.

Tips:

1. Everyone who likes to eat Wowotou has a different taste. Some like to be glutinous, some like to eat thicker. You can change the ingredients of corn flour and glutinous rice flour according to your preferences.
2. Use warm water when mixing cornmeal. This allows the noodles to be absorbed better. Pour more than half of the warm water first, and then slowly add warm water.
3. When rubbing Xiaowowotou, your hands will be a little touchy. You can wear disposable gloves, or put a little warm water on your hands, so that the plastic surgery is quick.
