Prepare materials.

Put the materials in the pan and stir.

Stir until there is no dry powder, knead it into a dough, then seal it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.

Use a rolling pin to thin it to a thickness of 3mm.

Use a cookie mold to press out the pattern.

The gingerbread after pressing the pattern is placed in the gold plate.

Set the oven to 180 degrees high and 170 degrees low, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Tips:
1. The extruded shape is best to use an abrasive tool, which is convenient and practical.
2. It is recommended to use an oven that can independently control the temperature up and down. This time I am using Dongling's DL-K38B oven, which controls the temperature independently and accurately.
