Little Lazy Cat Coconut Bread
1.
First prepare the bread ingredients, weigh them and prepare them. The picture shows 2 times the amount.
2.
In addition to the butter, put the ingredients in Figure 1 into a large bowl, mix well, and form a dough.
3.
Move it to the silicone mat and knead until it can pull out a large piece of film, but it is easy to break.
4.
At this time, add the softened butter, continue to knead, and combine with the way of beating.
5.
Knead to the expanded state of the dough, that is, a small piece of dough can be pulled out, and the thin glove film can be easily pulled out without breaking.
6.
Knead into a smooth dough and place it in a basin, ready for the first fermentation
7.
Put it in the oven to choose fermentation. The time is set at 50 minutes. To ensure humidity, add a bowl of hot water to the oven.
8.
Ferment to double the size. The fermented dough can be exhausted.
9.
After venting the dough, first grab a small piece of about 5g of dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and set it aside for a while to make small ears. Divide the remaining dough into two equal parts to make two small cats.
10.
Take a portion of the dough for the kitten, weigh it, and divide it in a ratio of 1:2, one large and one small, with the larger one for the body and the small one for the head.
11.
Take a large dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
12.
In the lower left corner of the rectangle as shown in the figure, cut a corner. Save it as a little tail.
13.
Spread a layer of coconut filling on the remaining noodles, or other fillings.
14.
Roll up from top to bottom to make a satiny kitten body.
15.
Fold back the 2/5 position on the right side of the noodle roll, as shown in the figure. Rub the small corners into a strip.
16.
Place the small strip on the kitten's body as a small tail. Close to the table top, press with the kitten's body.
17.
Flatten the small dough, put on the coconut paste, close the mouth, wrap it tightly, and use it as the kitten's head.
18.
Move to the baking tray and place the kitten's head in a suitable position on the body. Put it into the oven for secondary fermentation.
19.
After 1 hour, the dough has doubled its size. Use scissors to cut the position of the kitten's ears, put a small dough on it, and make the ears.
20.
Brush with a layer of egg mixture, put in the oven, and bake at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bring out of the oven and let cool.
21.
Melt the chocolate in water, and decorate the kitten with a small brush.
22.
For a kitten with a small face, don’t forget to decorate its tail and its small paws.
23.
The lazy kitten was born and fell asleep crawling in the grass.
24.
Take a picture of the kitten!
25.
The sun is slanting, the kitten is basking in the sun, so uncomfortable!
Tips:
1. The method of kneading bread is similar to pushing forward by rubbing clothes, combined with the method of beating, so that the film is easier to come out.
2. Kitten can grow a little longer before fermentation, because slack will shrink, and fermentation will make it fatter.
3. For melting chocolate, it would be better if there is a milk pot or a chocolate pot. I have simplified the use of paper cups here.
