I couldn't eat a big toast, so I changed the recipe and made a small toast. I've always wanted to make this toast with leopard print. Today is just right. If you like to make big toast, just double all my ingredients."

Little Leopard Toast

1. Put liquid water, add oil and salt (if you use butter, use the post-oil method, add butter when making the noodles for the first time)

2. Add flour, sugar, yeast, yeast cannot be combined with salt

3. Kneaded noodles

4. Glove film

5. After basic fermentation for 1 hour (fermentation to 2.5 times larger) how to test the fermentation success: stick the index finger into the dry flour, insert it into the dough, and do not shrink back.

6. Divide into two portions, one portion is 70 grams, the rest is another

7. Chocolate melted in the microwave and in the large dough

8. And good chocolate dough

9. Each color is divided into 8 parts

10. As shown in the picture, roll the white into a rectangular crust and rub the chocolate dough into strips

11. wrap up

12. According to the bottom 3 (recommended to be made with a small rectangular mold)

13. 2 in the middle layer and 3 in the upper layer inside the toast box

14. Cover the fresh-keeping film for the second fermentation, and brush the surface of the egg liquid. I ate it by myself without wasting an egg, and there was no egg wash on the surface.

15. Preheat the oven in advance, 180 degrees, 30 minutes. Big toast takes longer.

16. Cut well

17. Finished product

Tips:

1 This bread is not sweet, I use 70% dark chocolate, 30% milk chocolate will be sweet, or add a few grams of sugar.
2 If you like to make big toast, just double all my ingredients.
