Boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, pour small tomatoes into the pot, cook for 2-3 minutes and then remove it

After the small tomatoes have cooled down, gently tear off the skin

Then pour in 1000 grams of water, pour in the plum

Pour in 50 grams of rice vinegar

Add white sugar, then boil slowly over medium heat

After the water has cooled thoroughly, add the small tomatoes and soak for 6-7 hours before taking them out for consumption.
Tips:
1. The small tomatoes should be cut before cooking. One is easy to tear off the skin, and the other is easy to taste when soaking;
2. It is not easy to cook the small tomatoes for too long, otherwise the small tomatoes will be completely ripe without the fruit taste;
3. Let the bayberry cool thoroughly before soaking it, and put it in the refrigerator for better taste;
4. If you feel too sour and unacceptable, you can add white sugar as appropriate.
