Little Qifu Snow Crisp

1. In order to make a little authentic snowflake pastry, I specially purchased Baolong Xiaoqifu biscuits online, and Yaguling added marshmallows.

2. Large collection of raw materials.

3. Cut marshmallows into small pieces, mix the nuts and biscuits, and mix the cocoa powder and milk powder well.

4. Put butter in a nonstick pan.

5. The small fire melted.

6. Pour marshmallows.

7. Stir continuously until the marshmallows melt and merge with the butter.

8. Add cocoa milk powder.

9. Turn off the heat and mix well.

10. Pour the biscuits and nuts.

11. Stir quickly.

12. Transfer to a non-stick baking dish, put on PVC gloves, and knead evenly while it is hot.

13. With the help of rolling pin and scraper, finishing and shaping.

14. Sprinkle with cocoa milk powder.

15. After letting cool, cut into strips. The small Qifu biscuits are really good.

16. Cut into small cubes.
