Little Yellow Man Yogurt Cake
1.
Separate egg yolks and egg whites, add corn oil after the egg yolks are beaten, and stir well
2.
Add yogurt and mix well
3.
Sift in low-gluten flour, cut and mix until there are no flour particles, cover with plastic wrap and set aside
4.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites (you don’t need to add them), make fisheye bubbles and add 1/3 of the sugar
5.
Add a second sugar to the hair when the lines appear, and continue to blow until the lines are obvious. Add a third sugar to the hair until it is dry and foamy.
6.
Take one-third of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste, cut and mix evenly
7.
Pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites and mix well
8.
Put a high-temperature paper cup into the mini muffin mold and pour the batter
9.
Heat up and down in the middle of 160 degrees, bake it for about 20 minutes.
10.
After the baked cake is allowed to cool, cut the surface smoothly
11.
The fondant is adjusted to yellow with yellow pigment, rolled into a thin sheet and pressed into a circle with the same size as the paper cup with a mold, and fixed on the surface of the cake with a layer of syrup or cream
12.
Use black pigment to adjust the eyes and gray for the frame to make it look like a little yellow man.
Tips:
1. The temperature and time of baking should be adjusted according to the temper of your own oven.
2. If you don't want to cut the cake, you can also directly cover the surface of the cake with the fondant crust to make a curved little yellow man.
