Liyu Tofu Soup

Wash and kill the standing fish for later use.

Cut two pieces of tofu into large pieces.
3.
Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the ginger slices.
4.
Put the standing fish in the pan and fry it.
5.
Pour a bowl of water into the fish pot.
6.
Transfer the fish soup to a small pot and bring to a boil.
7.
Add the cut tofu.
8.
Add a little lean meat to the pot.
9.
Cover the pan until the lean meat is cooked.

Add salt to taste.
Tips:
Fry the fish first to make the fish more fragrant. Adding a little lean meat also makes the soup taste better~ No other seasoning is needed, just add salt and it will be delicious.
