Lobster Pasta

Prepare a fresh Boston lobster.

Wash the lobsters and start processing. Separate the head and tail, and cut the tail meat in half and then cut into small pieces.

Cut off the claws of the lobster, remove the gills of the lobster, and then cut the meat of the head into small pieces.

Put the right amount of olive oil in the hot pan, and then add the lobster meat. Since I am the only one to eat, just put a few pieces. The remaining lobster meat is going to make lobster seafood porridge.

When the lobster shell changes color and the prawn meat is slightly browned, pour in the cooked pasta and stir fry together with some salt. The cooking method of pasta is generally written on the back of the package. I personally prefer to eat it for ten minutes.

Pour in homemade tomato sauce and stir fry together. I don't like the kind of ready-made tomato sauce very much, so I usually buy fresh tomatoes by myself 🍅 make my own tomato sauce. There is a separate recipe for cooking pasta with tomato sauce, you can refer to it if you like. This time, I used it before putting it in the refrigerator, and just take out a small bag to thaw it when you eat it.

The ketchup is ready to be out of the pot after collecting the juice, just put some cheese on the plate at the end. Personally, I think it’s better to add some chopped parsley or basil leaves before serving. I didn't buy fresh basil leaves today, so I can only do this. Began to eat! 🍝
