Siu sauce is a commonly used seasoning in Japanese cuisine. The color is close to light soy sauce, but the taste is more delicious and slightly sweet. Many of the dishes in the hotel are directly flavored with the sauce, so it is a very convenient seasoning. Today, I used it to make a peasant side dish. It has a unique flavor. Recently I have posted more posts because I don’t have enough time. No, I’m going to be busy again. I am actually not interested in eating, I just enjoy cooking. The process, but not everything goes smoothly. I always have to be busy for my livelihood. I rarely cook at home, and I can’t do it a few times a year.
