Longan and Lotus Seed Millet Porridge

Ingredients: millet, dried longan, lotus seeds, accessories: wolfberry, brown sugar

Soak the lotus seeds in cold water for more than 2 hours

Add lotus seeds to a casserole and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes

Add brown sugar and stir well

Tips:
The lotus seeds are soaked in advance so that they are easy to cook. You can also add some red dates. The millet is best. The yellow ones are better. If you don’t like brown sugar, you can add rock sugar or white sugar.
