Longan Scam
1.
Soak the dried longan in rum for more than 1 hour;

Sift the low-gluten flour into the basin, add fine sugar and mix well;

Add softened diced butter;

Put on gloves and knead it into breadcrumbs;

Knead as shown

Add eggs and milk;
7.
Grab and knead into a uniform dough, don't knead excessively;

Drain the dried longan and cut into small dices;

Add to the dough;

Continue to rub evenly;

Place the dough on the chopping board and roll it into 1 cm thick dough pieces;

Then cut into small triangles with a knife;

Cut into the picture;

Place it in a baking tray and brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid on the surface;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, turn on the top and bottom heat, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes;

Tips:
1. If you want to make the surface more golden, you can brush the egg yolk twice on the surface;
2. Dried longan can also be replaced with other dried fruits.
