Longer Version of The Sugar Does Not Shake

Put the coated peanuts into the microwave oven at 450W and heat for 5 minutes, and gently rub the peanuts to remove the clothes.

De-clothed peanuts, put in a pot and fry on low heat until golden

Wrap it in kitchen paper and roll it out.

You can use a blender to make peanut flour, or you can manually roll it out like me, leaving peanuts, and the taste is better.

Add sugar and shredded coconut, stir well and set aside. (The ingredients are made)

Stir the glutinous rice flour with chopsticks while adding hot water.

Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes snowflakes.

Roll into small balls.

Boil the balls in boiling water until they float. (The meatballs are made)

Arrange the balls on the plate and start making the caramel sauce.
11.
Add sugar and water to a small pot and simmer until slightly thick.
12.
Pour the caramel sauce and ingredients on the surface of the balls.
