Longjing Shrimp

1. Soak the Longjing in warm water for 10 minutes.

2. Strain out the tea leaves.

3. Clean up the shrimps with the open back and soak them in tea water for 20 minutes.

4. Pour the hot oil into the pan and stir fry until the color changes.

5. Add the tea leaves and stir-fry evenly, add some salt to taste.
