Longjing Tea Shrimp

Soak the Longjing tea out and let it cool, soak up the water (if you don’t have it, you can use ordinary green tea instead)

Take out the shrimp thread and shrimp brain, and soak the processed shrimp into the tea soup for half an hour

Add the tea leaves to 50% oil temperature and fry slowly until crispy

The oil temperature is 7 to 80% hot, add the prawns, fry slowly on low heat, deep fry until the shell is crispy and remove
