Loofah and Corn Tube Bone Soup

Ingredients: tube bones (washed and blanched), loofah (peeled, washed and cut), sweet corn (washed and cut)

Put the blanched bones and cut sweet corn into the pressure cooker.

Next, add some clean water.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, put in the cut loofah and turn it to a boil.

Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt.

Add a little MSG.

Season to mix and serve.
