Loofah Fried Shrimp

First, the loofah gourd is peeled and cut into hob pieces, soaked in light salt water, so as to prevent the loofah from turning black, it will be no problem to put it on all morning. Put the shrimp in a bowl and add a few drops of cooking wine to marinate for a while, which will remove the fishy smell. Cut the green onion and ginger and set aside.

Heat up the pan and heat the oil to 50% to 60% hot. Add the shrimp, green onion and ginger and stir-fry.
It is a beauty melon. Remember a little trick for fried food. It is not dark but also tasty. You should eat it frequently in summer.

Stir-fry until the shrimp is slightly discolored, then add the loofah cubes.

After stirring well, add salt to taste.

After frying for two or three minutes, the loofah will be fully cooked, pour some oyster sauce and stir well, then it can be served on a plate.
