Loofah Omelette Soup

Slice the loofah for later use.
2.
Pour the loofah into boiling water and cook for two to three minutes until the color changes.
3.
Fry the eggs into omelets while cooking the soup.
4.
After the loofah changes color, pour in the egg cake.
5.
Sprinkle some light salt out of the pot.
