Loofah Stir-fried Edamame
1.
Loofah cut and roll blade. Prepare ginger and garlic.
2.
Pour the hot oil in the pan into the ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3.
Pour in edamame, because edamame is harder to ripen than loofah. So stir-fry for a while. The edamame I bought this time is older.
4.
When the edamame is half cooked, add the loofah and stir well
5.
Continue to stir fry
6.
When the water comes out of the fry, let it boil for a while, without adding water. The loofah will come out of water.
7.
When it is almost cooked, pour in a little oil, and an appropriate amount of salt.
8.
Stir-fry well. Once the salt and oil are delicious, you can get it out of the pot.
