Loofah Stir-fried Tofu

Fry sliced tofu in a frying pan until golden and remove the oil to control the oil

Loofah peeled and sliced diagonally
3.
Deep-fried tofu sliced diagonally
4.
Pour oil in the wok, stir the chopped green onion, pour the loofah and stir
5.
Stir fry until soft and basically cut off
6.
Add fried tofu slices and stir fry
7.
Season with very fresh asparagus soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
