Loofah Tofu and Egg Soup

Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in light salt water for a few minutes.

Shred and peel the loofah, cut into pieces with a hob; shred ginger and mince green onions;

Beat the eggs in a bowl first.

Add 3 bowls of water to the pot, add shredded ginger and bring to a boil; add tofu and loofah and bring to a boil.
5.
Pour the egg mixture to the boil and stir; after stirring, add salt, oil, chicken essence and chopped green onion, and you can drink the soup.
6.
Out of the pot.
