Loofah Tomato Pork Liver Soup

Preparation of main raw materials.

The liver is rinsed under running water and soaked in cooking wine for 30 minutes.

Scoop the bubbling pork liver and slice it into thin slices.

Rinse the blood again under running water and soak in ginger water for another 10 minutes.

During the soaking period, treat the tomatoes. Use a stainless steel spoon to scrape the tomatoes and peel them easily.

After washing, change the knife and cut into small pieces.

Drain the pork liver, add light soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper and a small amount of salt, mix well and syrup.

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces with a hob.

Shred the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, and finely chop the green onion leaves.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the ginger shreds, and stir-fry the green onions.

Tips:
1: When the pork liver is cut, it should not be too thin, it is especially easy to cook old. But we can't be greedy for tenderness, because it contains certain toxins after all. Cut it slightly and thicker, and cook for one or two minutes.
2: Peel the tomatoes without boiling water, just take a meal on the stainless steel and scrape the tomatoes up and down to easily peel them. If you are interested, you can try it.
