Loofah with Oyster Sauce
1.
Prepare the right amount of vegetables. (Note: the peppers are all selected not too spicy varieties)
2.
Cut the loofah into a hob shape, cut the pepper into pieces, and mince the ginger.
3.
Boil the water, add the loofah, boil for 1 minute, pick up and set aside. (Purpose: The hob-shaped loofah is boiled in water, it cooks quickly and does not change color)
4.
1 tablespoon of oil, fry the minced ginger, then add chili and stir fry.
5.
After the chili is fried, add the loofah, stir fry a few times, and add an appropriate amount of vegetarian oyster sauce (vegetarian oyster sauce is the taste of ordinary oyster sauce, but the ingredients are not oysters, but vegetarian products). Stir-fry evenly to start the pan.
