Loquat Cream
1.
Peel and core the loquat.

Put the peeled loquat pulp into the pot.
3.
Add rock sugar on medium heat and start to simmer.

When the rock sugar melts, the loquat starts to soften and the water comes out. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer. Stirring with a spoon from time to time when simmering to avoid sticking.

Turn off the heat when the loquat water in the pot is boiled dry and it turns bright and translucent.
6.
After cooling, put it into a clean glass bottle, seal it and put it in the refrigerator. (Just take a spoonful of warm water when eating)

You can make a few more bottles for the finished product
