Tips:
1. If the boiling process is slow, you can turn on the fire a little bit, but pay attention to safety, the jam will splash out, and be careful of burns.
2. I have reduced the amount of sugar. No matter how small it is, it will be too sour. If there is more sugar, it will be easier to preserve.
