Loquat Jam

Clean the loquat.

Remove the shell and core, and put it in a rice cooker.

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and cook. After the loquat is soft, press it with a spoon several times until it becomes a thick paste.

When making jam, sterilize the bottle with boiling water, put in the boiled jam, seal it, and eat it within two weeks.
