Loquat Jam
1.
Choose fresh loquat without scars and cut off the stem
2.
Wash the fur on the loquat thoroughly, peel off the skin, remove the core of the loquat and divide the loquat into small petals
3.
Put the loquat pulp in a clean container, add white sugar, mix well, marinate for about half an hour, until the loquat juice is marinated
4.
Put the marinated loquat in a boiling pot, after the high heat is boiled, reduce the heat
5.
Boil for about 40 minutes until the pulp becomes puree, add lemon juice
6.
Just wait for the water to evaporate completely, and keep stirring in the meantime to prevent the pan from sticking.
7.
Keep the boiled loquat jam from the heat and let it cool completely. Put it into the oil-free and salt-free glass jar prepared in advance. It must be placed in the refrigerator and eaten as soon as possible.....
8.
Jam can not only dip on toast, but also make tea. Isn’t it great and super-nourishing
9.
I think reading a magazine, eating snacks, and drinking tea in the afternoon is very good.............
Tips:
ps Note: 1. I think loquat can be ground into jam with a grinder and boiled, I think it is better to boil it
2. In the process of boiling, always stir frequently to avoid sticking the pot
3. The boiled jam must be put in a clean oil-free and salt-free bottle
Put it in the refrigerator and finish eating as soon as possible...
