The fresh loquat, although not big, is very sweet. It is used to make sago dew and has a good taste and texture. The coconut milk with fruit particles is used for coconut milk. In order to enjoy the taste of sago, only the juice is taken and the coconut meat is discarded.

Ingredients

Loquat Sago with Coconut Milk

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Loquat peeled and cored

3. Cut the loquat into small pieces

4. Boil water, boil sago in a pot

5. Stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pan

6. Depending on the condition of the water, if it is too viscous, you can change the water halfway and continue cooking

7. Put the cooked sago into cold boiling water to cool

8. Take appropriate amount of sago and put it in a bowl

9. Add some coconut milk

10. Add loquat again, mix well and enjoy

Tips:

1. When boiling sago, put the sago into the pot after boiling, and don't soak it in advance.
2. The cooked sago is eaten directly, so use cold boiled water to cool it down.
3. The combination of ingredients is based on personal preference.
