Lotus Leaf Mung Bean Congee

Material: mung bean, lotus leaf, rice

Wash the lotus leaves, cut into pieces and boil in the material box. After the water is boiled, cook for about 5 minutes.

Remove the material box and put the mung beans soaked for 2 hours.

Soak the rice for 2 hours, add an appropriate amount of water to make a rice slurry.

Cook on medium heat until the mung beans are cooked.

Stir continuously after pouring the rice syrup, and place in a sticky pot.

Reduce heat to low heat for about 10 minutes and cook until thick.
