Lotus Root and Barley Bone Soup

Soak the barley in water for six hours in advance.

Soak the carcass in water for one hour to wash off the blood.
3.
Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into small pieces.

Put the washed carcass into an electric pressure cooker, put lotus root and barley.

Add appropriate amount of water and add three slices of ginger.

Put the electric pressure cooker into the electric pressure cooker, turn on the power to select the "Bone" function, and let the electric pressure cooker start to work.
7.
After the electric pressure cooker has finished working and released the pressure, it can be eaten by adding appropriate amount of salt.
