The lotus roots nowadays are floury and delicious. My daughter had a big acne on her face, so she put some mung beans in the soup to clear the heat. "

Ingredients

Lotus Root and Mung Bean Soup

1. Peel the lotus root and cut into small pieces.

2. Wash the mung beans.

3. The pig's fan bones are splashed with water to wash off the foam.

4. Soak the tangerine peel in warm water to soften it, and scrape off the albuginea.

5. 3 candied dates. (If you don't like sweetness, don't let it go.)

6. Put all the ingredients into the electric pressure cooker and press the soup button to start boiling.

7. After the soup is done, use a grease trap to skim off the fat. (My family is accustomed to not putting salt, just season it as you like.)

8. Lotus root powder, the soup is clear and sweet. Soup and vegetables in a pot.
